臭豆三巴虾 Sambal Petai
妈妈用爱心煮出一罐又一罐的辣椒酱真好用,炒臭豆三巴虾
时放温暖牌辣椒酱,不单快捷、方便,而且又香又好吃,辣
出了幸福滋味!
(辣椒酱的做法:辣椒干浸软沥干水,与蒜米,葱头仔,一些盐、油放入搅拌机搅成酱,然后起油锅炒辣椒酱至香味溢出就可以了。冷切后的辣椒酱装进瓶子,放进冰箱可耐很久,要煮咖哩或sambal时方便得很)
